1–2 Dogs
$19 per week
3–4 Dogs
$22 per week
5 or More Dogs

For households with five or more dogs, please contact us for customized pricing based on the number of dogs and the typical amount of service time required.
High-Volume Service
Some households may require an adjusted weekly rate when unusually large or heavy waste volume consistently requires additional service time, labor, bags, or other supplies. Any pricing adjustment will be discussed with you before it is applied.
Weekly Scheduling
Weekly service is required to maintain recurring-service rates. Every-other-week service is not available.
Recurring routes are provided on select weekdays during daytime and early-evening hours. Arrival times vary based on route order, weather, seasonal daylight, and the amount of work required at each property. Most visits are completed by approximately 6:00–7:00 PM, although summer routes may occasionally run later. Service will be completed before dark.
Starting Weekly Service
If the yard has not been regularly maintained before service begins, a one-time cleanup may be required before weekly service can start. One-time cleanups are billed at our current time-based Cleanup Rate.
Weather Delays
Service may be delayed when lightning, snow coverage, unsafe yard conditions, or other severe weather prevents safe and thorough service. We will notify you of any delay and return on the next available route date once conditions allow.
Holiday Scheduling
Poop scoop routes may remain on their regular schedule or be adjusted around holidays based on route availability and the preference of your APP Doody Division Specialist. There is no additional holiday fee for recurring poop scoop service.
If your regular service day will be adjusted due to a holiday, we will send an email with the updated schedule.
Service Area
We currently provide recurring routes throughout South Bend, Mishawaka, Granger, Notre Dame, and select surrounding areas. Please contact us to confirm availability in your neighborhood.
One-Time Cleanup
$25 per 20 minutes
One-time cleanups are GPS tracked and billed according to the actual time required to complete the service.
Our experienced APP Doody Division Specialists work efficiently and thoroughly to remove accumulated pet waste while respecting your time and budget.
Billable time begins when we enter the yard and ends after the pet waste and our equipment have been loaded into the service vehicle.
More Information About Poop Scoop Service
Do I have to be home for the service?
No, you do not need to be home during your scheduled service.
Please make sure we have safe, reliable access to the yard by leaving the gate unlocked or providing an approved key, garage code, or other access method in advance.
We ask that all dogs remain indoors during service unless another arrangement has been approved beforehand.
If your dog has a history of biting, attempting to bite, guarding the yard, or showing aggression toward unfamiliar people, we must receive confirmation that the dog is securely indoors before entering the property.
If we are unable to safely enter the yard because access is unavailable or required safety confirmation has not been received, the scheduled service will be charged at the full rate.
What if we are away for a week or two?
Please submit your temporary schedule change through the scheduler in your Time To Pet client portal as early as possible. You may also send us a message through the portal if you need assistance.
To avoid cancellation charges, changes must be submitted before the same-day or next-day cancellation period. Requests made the day before or the day of a scheduled service are billed at the full service rate.
Will you scoop goose poop?
Our primary service is the removal of dog waste.
If we come across a small amount of goose waste while servicing the yard, we are happy to scoop it as time allows. However, we do not offer appointments solely for goose waste removal, and heavily affected yards are not included in standard recurring service.
If excessive goose waste requires significant additional time, an additional time-based cleanup charge may apply. We will discuss any ongoing pricing adjustment with you before making changes to your regular service rate.
Will you scoop Apartment Complexes?
Yes, we can provide service for an apartment, townhome, or similar residence when you have a clearly defined private yard or outdoor area assigned exclusively to your home.
At this time, we do not provide recurring service for shared apartment grounds, community dog areas, or other large common spaces.
Will you scoop cat litter boxes?
Cat litter box care is not included with our Poop Scoop Service.
If you need help scooping litter boxes, please request a regular pet sitting visit through your Time To Pet client portal. A Pet Care Professional can provide litter box care along with any other requested in-home pet care needs.
