Late Fees
**Payment Policies:**
- New clients are required to submit payment in advance at the ‘Meet n Greet’ before services commence.
**Payment information**
- Preferred payment is debit/credit on the Time To Pet portal. We do accept payment in cash and check.
- Apple Pay is also available on Time To Pet.
- Easy ‘one click’ credit card payment is available on our system Time To Pet. Go to Invoices, Payments, Add Card. Then select the invoice, tip amount if desired, then click pay now.
- AutoPay is available upon request.
**Daily Dog Walking Policies**
- For daily dog walking or extended bookings, One week payment is due at the Meet n Greet.
- Daily dog walks are invoiced monthly, and payment for the current month is due on the FIRST day of the following month.
- Auto pay is available and encouraged for Monthly Invoiced clients.
- For Daily Dog walking clients, a late fee of $20 will be applied if payment is 8 days past the last date of service. Should payment remain outstanding, a notification will be issued and service will be suspend until payment is made. At 30 days past due, your account will be referred to our debt collection service, American Profit Recovery, and our business association will be terminated.
- If there are two consecutive months of late payment, Auto pay will be required to continue service.
**Vacation/trip Pet sitting Policies**

- Invoices are available on the Time To Pet portal in the invoicing section as soon as services are approved. They are not emailed to you unless requested or when they have gone past due.
- Payment is due within 7 days of your last visit.
- For Vacation Care clients, a late fee of $20 will be applied if payment is 15 days past the last date of service. Should payment remain outstanding, a notification will be issued, informing you that your card on file will be charged the next day. In the event that no card information is on file and no communication from the client is received, your account will be referred to our debt collection service, American Profit Recovery, and our business association will be terminated.
- If payment is late twice for vacation care services, your account will be switched to a prepayment required basis.
We offer easy ‘one click’ credit card payment on our system Time To Pet.
It puts a large strain on a small business to have delayed payment, and prompt payment is greatly appreciated!! IF you have an extenuating circumstance and need extra time to pay, I am hAPPy to work with you-I just need communication. 🙂
Cancellation Policy
Canceled Pet Visits. Next Day Cancellation is full rate charge (exceptions apply like weather and sickness are not charged).
Canceled Overnight Care on holidays is nonrefundable and full charge for less than 2 weeks notice cancelation.
Poop Scoop Locked Gates. If we arrive for your scoop during your scheduled time and day and cannot gain access to your yard, full rate charges apply.
Service Fees
- Next day bookings will incur a $10 short notice booking fee per visit.
- A mileage fee of $7 one way applies to visits that are up to 10 miles from our office address. A mileage fee of $10 one way applies for 10-25 miles from our office address.
- New Care notes meetings and Additional Meet n Greets to meet new sitters are $10 per appointment.
- Key Pick up and Return appointments are subject to a $10 fee per appointment. Alternatively, you may opt to retrieve your key from our designated office pick-up folder at your convenience. (Please notify your sitter at the Meet n Greet what your key preference is)
- There is a $7 per visit Sitter Appreciation fee on each visit on all major holidays for regular visits. There is a $20 Sitter Appreciation Holiday charge for overnight service only on the actual holiday date.
- We do not charge per pet nor are there additional charges for medicating.
